Customer Support Manager

As Engie's  the Support Manager you will be managing the Support team and working closely with the marketing and R&D teams to increase the quality of the solutions provided to the customers.

Job responsibilities

  • In charge of all customer inquires in the company- emails, chats, help center and FB messages.
  • Training and managing the customer support team (3-4 people)
  • Tracking and analyzing customer's feedbacks, bugs and feature requests, working together with the product and R&D team to improve.
  • Ensure at all times that the Support SLAs and goals are met
  • Provide an excellent customer experience through high quality communication and interaction
  • Optimize the support work

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of prior experience as a support manager
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Organizational skills, speed, and personal responsibility
  • Fast learning and technical abilities
  • English and Hebrew- Native speaker
  • Bonus points for experience with Zendesk

Online Support Operator – Part time job

As part of the support team you will be working closely with the marketing and R&D teams to increase the quality of the solutions provided to the customers.

Job responsibilities

  • Answering customer inquiries through the company's support system and other platforms

  • Social media- planning and implementing social media campaigns aligned with marketing strategies
  • Content creation – writing blog posts, articles, newsletters, communication materials etc.
  • Community management- launching community initiatives (e.g. building online communication platforms, launching an ambassador program)

Job responsibilities

  • Managing the entire sales cycle from inception to closing; including initiating the deal, pitching the product, negotiating terms and signing the contract
  • Providing management with timely feedback about sales prospects
  • Working closely with internal teams to maximize sales opportunities, represent clients’ interests, invigorate business and communicate effectively with the entire organization
  • Develop and execute sales and business plans to achieve objectives; provide accurate and timely reports and forecasts
  • Develop new strategies to increase Engie’s brand awareness
